Hi, I've just compiled the manual into chm file with PhD.
I found there were only 4 items displayed in the tab 'Contents' and 'Index' as below: PHP Manual Table of Contents Preface Copyright But there are much more contents in the chm file which I downloaded from php.net (http://www.php.net/download-docs.php, exactly).
