Well, since Philip is the one who can accept accounts and grant karma
then its enough to get him onboard.
We should however try sticking to our rules, especially for gsoc
students, as much as possible.
Guilty as charged. Fact is, the PHP project treats gsoc students
differently. This year I decided to stop worrying and go with the flow
which is to do whatever gsoc mentors want and later discuss it for
next year. Sorry for not discussing it with the group first but for
now how about we follow precedent and allow mentors to configure the
path?
