Hello, I don't know if I chose the right mailing-list to ask for that kind of information. I'm a student looking for information about Oliver's method which is used by the similar_text function code and information about Levensthein distance. Indeed, I'm working on a talk I have to make in order to be gratuated. The problem is whatever the search engine I use things I get do not help me to understand, and next, to explain how the php functions I used for parsing the concerned text data work. I asked my math/info teacher, he never heards about Levensthein and Oliver... It's really important to explain the jury with what I build my studies then I chose to contact you directly. Do you know a website explaining Oliver's method and Levensthein distance or maybe a person to contact ?
