Most people have no idea what that means, but IIRC it is explained somewhere on windows.php.net howto find it out so I guess its fine. You don't need to use entities for single and double quotes.. there is nothing wrong with it, but I don't think we do it anywhere else in the docs. Rather then using orderedlists and listitems, there are a set of elements in DocBook called procedure[1], step and substep..
