The first attempt to deal with new file is done.
We can now start translate a new file and commit it.
There is some little behaviours witch I will fix soon.

One question : is there a "svnread"'s user, witch do the same as cvsread ?
I found an email witch tells that "svnread" user exist, with password 
"svnread", but this don't work.
