Yes sure, I can commit it by myself. Anyway, for the very first patch (which by the way can wait to be commited, only 2 files have been treated in it), I would like it to be reviewed (no time stress) by an experienced translator of my language team (french) ;-)
No hurry, files have been saved to "waiting for commit" section in the online documentation editor, and I saved them locally. Follow of this discussion will happen on #php.doc I think, where people help me begining with the tools and the job as well.
