[PHP-DOC] if class is not documented show class.inc file

I have a hard time sometimes when a class is not documented and download 
the php source to find the .inc files for the class I wish to use. Is 
~helly outdated? I still use it for looking at spl classes and find it 
more informative than the documentation at times.
