Some time ago I noticed that the Bulgarian version of the manual
disappeared from the PHP.net site. Is there any information what is
hanging the automatic builds?
Also, I am trying to build it locally without any luck neither. After
checking out and running "php configure.php --with-lang=bg", it
complained that "LibXML 2.7.4+ added a 'feature' to break things...",
and when I passed the "--disable-libxml-check" option, the entire server
hanged forever and I had to restart it.
