Greetings Irfan,

Contributing begins with patches, which eventually turns into SVN access. In
other words, you should check out the PHP sources, fix things, then submit
fixes as patches. Once people realize that you're a sane person who truly does
want to contribute, then you'll gain commit access.

Because you want to start working with the Turkish translation, you should
write doc...@lists.php.net to see who is awake. Nilgun will probably write back
:)

And the following is a good start:

Also, you might want to test the following script that checks out and setups a
local doc environment:

 -
http://svn.php.net/viewvc/phpdoc/doc-base/trunk/scripts/create-phpdoc-setup.php?view=co
 - Something like: $ php create-phpdoc-setup.php -l tr -b /tmp/doc-tr

Please feel free to ask questions, and talk to you soon! :)

Regards,
Philip
