Greetings Rajendra, Translating the PHP Manual is a major ordeal, and will probably require multiple people. However, it's nice to see you're interested in starting the process. Translations take place at the XML level, so you'll be taking the English XML and translating the text over to Hindi. Here's a good place to start: - https://wiki.php.net/doc/howto/translations I think it'd be best if you checked out the English XML and post several translated files.
