[PHP-DOC] Svn account

[Eros Fava]

I read the documentation online at
http://doc.php.net/php/dochowto/svn-account.php (and at
http://doc.php.net/php/dochowto/translation-joining.php) and I wanted to
request an svn account to translate the doc and manual in the Italian
language, because nobody has translated them yet.
