[PHP-DOC] Requesting SVN access

Hi, I would like to get an SVN to contribute to the PHP documentation. I 
know I dont need an SVN account for that because I can use the online 
editor as well, but then I have to keep poking salathe for every patch I 
commit. Few notes about me: I am php developer from Germany and some of 
you might know me from various conferences. I am go_oh on Twitter. I 
have rewritten parts of the Patterns page in the manual and added the 
examples on AppendIterator and MultipleIterator.
