[PHP-DOC] Joining PHP documentation team

Greetings,

I would like to say hello to the mailing list. My name is Adam 
Kazimierczak. I work professionally as a web developer for 2 years and 
use PHP for about 5 years. I am also a fresh ZCE 
(http://www.zend.com/en/yellow-pages#show-ClientCandidateID=ZEND022695).

Last time when I was studying for Zend certification I found many places 
in the documentation which could be improved (ie. with adding missing 
examples) or places with missing documentation. After thinking about 
this I decided to help writing the documentation. It will not just help 
me to understand PHP better, but also I will be able to finally give 
something back to the PHP community - all things I learned about PHP 
comes mainly from the docs.

Somewhere on the coming days I will try to write my first patch and send 
it here to the mailing list. I hope you will help me to review my patch, 
give a few useful tips and finally give a hand to help jump on board :)
