Hi all, phpgwapi/inc/accounts/class.accounts_contacts.inc.php should have been dropped from HEAD some time ago, but it is still there. It hasn't worked since 0.9.16 when contacts changed and now the functionality is supported through the new contacts system anyway.
So unless someone really objects, it will be dropped shortly.
