Sorry for not replying earlier, I have been a little busy and I wanted

It was, as there is not way to use xslt and not output the <head>
section of a "page".  This always struck me a buggy and it was not how
idots did it.

As the "fix" seemed to break more things, I have made idots work as
verdilak used to and rolled back change to the template class.

I still think this is buggy and broken logic, but it seems the easiest
way of doing for 18, maybe we can discuss it as part of the 1.0 road map
session in Paris :)
