Hi all,

If you know of any students who are interested in hacking on phpGW over
summer, then please direct them to the developers list :)

This year we are again participating in the Google Summer of Code
program through the GNU Project. At this stage it is unclear how many -
if any spots we will get.

Our ideas page is at http://phpgroupware.org/soc - this is just an ideas
page, students are welcome to suggest things which aren't on this list.

Please encourage students to discuss ideas they have on the dev list or
on irc - irc.freenode.net #phpgroupware

I know the financial incentive won't be there, but students are still
welcome to hack on the project even if they aren't accepted. We will
have people available to mentor all students interested in hacking on
phpgw over the northern summer.

Getting to know a student is an important part of the decision making
process.

Cheers

Dave
