Details:
Steps to reproduce
1 Go into Admin->User Accounts
2 Delete a user
3 Select "Delete all user's records"
4 Go into addressbook and search for user
5 See user's account linked contact record
Desired functionality
1 Go into Admin->User Accounts
2 Delete a user
3 Select "Delete all user's records"
3a the user's contact record is silently deleted from the db
4 Go into addressbook and search for user
5 Don't see user's account linked contact record
