Redirection messages ( Please continue to this page... ) aren't translated.
This is not too much of a problem when doing an intranet application but in
an extranet, the response times are long enough to show the english message.
phpgwapi/inc/class.phpwg.inc.php
I won't post a fix because I'm not sure the translation api is available that
low in the core of the application...
