Reading you description I guess that's occuring in Admin, when you are
editing a user account as admin isnt'it ?
We can't do a lot's of thing if you are not able to reproduce it. Reasons
could comes from browser issues, some border cases with perhaps long name in
the accountid (but I think we already change this so ...) ... But all that
are purely speculatives ...
So I let the bug here, if somebody else encouter this, or if you are able to
reproduce it /give more infos ...
