well, since I am adding a second instance I didn't really care about the
contents of the database, so I completely deinstalled everything in the
setup, and reinstalled, and now I can add users.
However, in my old instance, which I will keep, and in which I have no
intention to delete de database, I still cannot add users.

BTW, for me too the screen comes back with the datas in it, but if I click on
accounts list, the new user is in the list.
