No file upload is possible as Quota settings have no effect. Initially, with
an empty folder, for every user it says on the filemanager page: "Used
Space: 4KB Unused space: -4096B". This corresponds to value "1,10" in the
form "Edit Quota" in Administration section.
Changing this value has _no_ effect, even using something like "2000000,
2500000".
So, no file upload is possible as the message is all the time like this:
could not upload /home/paola/paola-prueba.txt Quota exceeded
could not upload /home/paola/ Quota exceeded
could not upload /home/paola/ Quota exceeded
could not upload /home/paola/ Quota exceeded
could not upload /home/paola/ Quota exceeded
This even happens when trying to upload a zero byte file.
