Anyway, i think i found the module that is causing problems. Appears that the Preference module is not working well. Whenever i enabled that module, the admin account will see a blank screen. Funny thing is when i use another account to enable preferences while i'm already logged in, i can see and change the preferences just fine. Its only an issue if i log out and try logging in again.
