to use cvs, you'll need to get a shell on the server, or use CVS
localy and upload what you downlaoded.  the cvs commands are on the
download page, or if you use a GUI, it should tect the cvs and be able
to just update

you can just updload the files over top, but be sure to go into setup
right after in case that are database or config changes that need
done.  don't forget about "step 4" in setup, on the main page it won't
say if anything needs updated.
