in module Admin -> under function: Edit login screen message: I can create a message someone can see before he logs in. But if the logs in the first time, there is no message, only the phpGroupWare-logo and the login dialog. It's the same when you delete Browser cookies and offline documents. In my case the problem is, that I have postet there the loginusername and password for a anonymous testaccount and if the comes to the loginpage the first time, he can't see these data.
