Thanks for posting back. I made the changes you requested. That did fix the
error message that I was getting, but I am still unable to see XML piece on
my template; so still unable to disable/enable accounts. So, no error
message, but no ability to change attribute either.

Also, I noticed you asked if the default template would be okay, and the
answer is no. This is going to be used in an enterprise environment and I
would like to make sure that only the designed templates are used. Keeps
people unfamiliar with LDAP from making any mistakes.
