Hello List,I use bind-dlz-ldap, and would like to have suitable templates for me to create the required entries.
My plan is to have a template to create the zone itself (forward/reverse) with dropdown to choose, as well as templates for mx, ns,txt,a,cname and ptr records.
Unfortunately the dlz-ldap schema requires to have for each object a sub object which holds actually the properties for the upper level object.
So, what I want do, is to create one template which gathers all necessary information for the desired record and then creates first the upper level entry dlzHostName=myhostname, and then automatically creates dlzRecordID=1,dlzHostName=myhostname,dlzZoneName=mydomainname,ou=dns,dc=mydomain,dc=tld
Alternatively I could also work with a 2 Step wizard that creates one entry at the time...
