Hi Gerard,
as you might see in previous posts, I also have already posted a question...
unfortunately I didn't get an answer...
by browsing the archive I've noticed, that this list isn't very
frequented...
I'd love someone helping me on creating templates... even if there is a
example template within /etc/phpldapadmin/ it's not very detailed...
btw: I've similar problems as you: what ever an ldap element is, apart
from dc elements, I always get a list presented on which template I'd
like to choose to edit it, even, if the corresponding template is available.
For my taste, if there is no suitable entry, the default template should
be loaded, showing all attributes. I remember, in previous version, that
was the case.
I's love to store my dhcp and bind dlz zones in the ldap, but it's very
inconvenient, as without having a gui to edit, ldif it's more work then
directly editing my text zone files or my dhcpd.conf...
BTW: I don't know, what's your primary purpose you need phpldapadmin
for, but for small things like samba & unix accounts, I use
ldap-account-admin.
I also has a tree-view which looks like being taken out of phpldapadmin...
regards,
Felix

Can anyone help me with this?
Any ideas on this?
Hello All,
I upgraded to ver 1.2.0.5
I now get "Select a template to edit the entry" but with no template
selected.
Is there some way to configure phpldapadmin so that "Default" is always
selected ?
See attached screen shot
