Hi,

Is there any more efficient way to add a user than to:
- export current user in LDIF (copy the LDIF)
- import new user in LDIF (copy the LDIF)
- change the settings for new user
- apply the change

If I try to add a user normally I can't even add objectClasses
(because each user has like 5 of them) - even if it would be possible
it would be too cumbersome, because I would actually need too add all
those objectClasses, and then fill all the fields (some if which are
the same across most users).

Is there anything like a template I can add to phpldapadmin, so it
would be possible to just click on "add item/user", which would
already have all objectClasses and most of the fields filled in. So at
the end I would only need to edit a few fields, like user's name,
surname, password, uid ...

And I don't like a script - the PLA is very good - onlyif it would support this.

Thanks for all suggestions

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
