Hello,

I have just tested the database backup on several machines, it works
perfectly. I suspect it has something to do with MySQL permissions on
your user.

Point being, I can't reproduce the issue, thus I am unable to find a
fix. I would contact your hosting provider and ask them about "Mysql"
dumps.
