Summary: Editor feature

Initial Comment:
This Patch addes an editor feature to PHP-Shell 2.1 .
You just have to unzip the file and then copy
phpshell.php to your PHP-Shell Directory!
Then you can start the editor using "editor FILENAME" .

Please do not forget this Patch is only testet with
PHP-Shell Version 2.1 and may cause problems with other
versions!!!
