Metars are created twice an hour for most major airports (usually H+00 /
H+30 or H+20 / H+50). For smaller airports it is only once an hour. There is
no way to get the temperature more often.

I was just wondering are METARs only updated once every hour? I was
wondering
if there was a way to get the most current temperature like every 15
minutes?
Assuming if METARs only update once an hour then this is impossible?
