Comment #2 on issue 50 by allain.lalonde: Allow specification of rendering hints on a per-node basis

This could be done relatively efficiently if we bundle a node's RenderingHints as an object that would be responsible for applying and then reverting whatever rending
hints needed to be applied.

All nodes that just followed the party line could share a single instance of an Dummy
rendering hint, or they could store null as their rendering hints.
