What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the attached file TestPPathToImage, which creates a PNode with non-integral (x,y) coordinates and convents it to an image.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output should be a red circle with black outline centered in the image contents. Instead this test program yields an image that is offset by about 1 pixel down and to the right, which crops the bottom and right edges.
