This looks all right, both for standard and mini PicoLisp (unless you
changed the CELLS constant in "pico.h", as discussed in
http://www.mail-archive.com/picolisp@software-lab.de/msg02497.html)

(heap) returns the current allocation size in megabytes, which is 1
initially. If called as (heap T), the free space (in megabytes) is
returned (this value is truncated towards zero).
