Unfortunately it is still missing.
This task would involve the creation of the files
loc/fr
and
app/loc/fr
with the translation strings English -> French, and the creation of
loc/FR.l
with the proper formats.
It can be tested by adding a line to the '*Locales' global in "app/main.l".
