Yes, but the point is not the text, but the interaction with it.

In fact, it was created as a parody of Wittgenstein, not as a serious tool to
explain or teach PicoLisp. A nice exercise would be to replace the current text
with that of the old Tractatus logico-philosophicus :)

Is it not stand-alone? It runs as

   $ pil tractatus.l

when you click on the "Source" link an store it in a file "tractatus.l".

Correct. This was the purpose (demo of Pil).
