cygwin.javacc42.patch
Make Pig work under cygwin with javacc 4.2 release. Unit test pass in both
cygwin and Linux. We will need to:
1. Apply cygwin.javacc42.patch
2. Change javacc.jar with the one in javacc 4.2 release. I also attached new
javacc.jar.
