(was: Um ... then it's a placeholder index.html that should be replaced with an
index.html that is built/generated from the xdocs/index.xml file.
When the "ant docs" build command is run, I'm thinking it should populate the
trunk/scr/docs directory with *.html and *.pdf files (that are based on the
xdocs/*.xml files)
