** this is work in progress ivy patch **
Apply this patch and execute the lib_rm.sh script which removes the jar files
that are resolved by ivy.
and any target that you execute ivy should take care of the dependencies...
ATM hadoop and hbase jars are resolved locally from the lib folder.
