I've redone the HiveColumnarLoader to use the new Load Store APIs. The Loader
was much easier to implement using this. The HiveColumnarLoader now uses the
RCRecordReader and FileInputFormat to read data and calculate splits, this
makes it alot cleaner.
The build.xml has been edited also to download the hive0.4.1 exec.jar into the
piggybank/java/lib/ directory, it only does so if the hive-0.4.1-exec.jar is
not present, so the download is done once.
