Ashutosh, yes. I did realize it and as you rightly guessed, it is because the
ivy-dependency list doesn't have some jars that are actually being used by
contrib packages. This is not an issue related to eclipse-classpath. However,
there has to be a JIRA opened to solve this issue of downloading the missing
jars by ivy.
Can you please file a JIRA for this?
