I created a branch called "plan" for this project. I could not find a way to
give separate committer priveleges for just this branch so we would need to
manage changes through patches the same way as we do for the trunk.
The current state of the branch is the same as of the trunk. If you want to
submit a patch, please, follow the usual steps.
