We have two kinds of nested operators now:
1. Subset of operators that are allowed inside foreach (filter, sort, distinct)
2. Operators that are allowed only within foreach (e.g.: A = B.x; A = B.(x,
y);) but are not allowed outside the foreach
We need to cleanup the language to make it consistent.
