-1 it would be very hard to make UDFs case insensitive unless we require every
UDF to be defined before it is used. (Java classes are case sensitive so case
insensitive lookups could be very inefficient.) Making builtins case
insensitive and others not would be even more confusing. (Personally I would
rather go the other way and make everything case sensitive. It's much more
consistent with most popular languages and it makes the scripts more
consistent.)
