Attached is a batched patch which merges following patches from main trunk to
types branch. I have updated
http://wiki.apache.org/pig/PigTypesBranchIntegration to indicate that a patch
is ready but needs to be committed for these issues. Once these are committed,
the wiki can be updated (not sure if we also want to update these issues
individually).
