Making it easier to run on an existing hod cluster

currently, a user who has a preallocated hod cluster needs to add multiple
options to its command line which is not very intuitive. We should add a single
command line option to indicate reuse of an existing hod ccluster. Perhaps
something like this:
pig -hoddir <hod conf dir> .....
