Attachment: PIG-380.patch
Attached patch (PIG-380.patch) addresses the following:
1. Computes the field schema of constants
2. Fixes issues in the type checker for bincond, mod and user function type
checking
3. New unit tests and changes to existing unit tests to accommodate the schema
computation of constants
Note: The schema of a bag constant will contain the schema of a tuple which in
turn contains the columns.
All unit tests pass.
