Whoops, I failed to notice when I reviewed this patch that it doesn't
work properly with out-of-tree builds, since the Python script attempts
to load template files relative to the cwd (which is in the build tree,
not the source tree).  I'll commit a fix shortly.

D'oh! Can you ping me on IRC after you do that? I have some patches that go on top of these, and I'd like to send them out tonight.
