[Piglit] [ANNOUNCE] waffle-1.2.2

I looked over the changes from waffle 1.2.1 to 1.2.2. There's a major
fault with this. This will always have a build failure on systems with
relatively outdated eglext headers. The fix is to simply repeat the
minor changes that where made in piglit and apply them to
src/waffle/egl/wegl_config.c.
