If any of these fail, there's no indication about which one. You could have a helper function for reporting the state being queried, the expected value and the actual value.

Or at least put all the glGetIntegerv tests in a separate function that will report that something failed.

How about putting the probing closer to the drawing? As it is now, if a probe fails, where do you begin debugging?
